#448 kbps to mbps drivers
I have checked all my drivers and connection settings, but nothing seems to be amiss. The connection rate of my router is the same as it was before I experienced this issue (around 4500 kbps). It's like something is artificially limiting my bandwidth. Instead, no matter how I test, the speed is limited to half what it used to be - 150 kB/s. The speed improved after that day but has not ever recovered to it's normal speed. Just before Christmas we experienced a few connection issues, the DSL was synced on the router but the internet speed was very slow.
